John 12:35-36 New International Version (NIV)
35 Then Jesus told them, “You are going to have the light just a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, before darkness overtakes you. Whoever walks in the dark does not know where they are going.36 Believe in the light while you have the light, so that you may become children of light.” When he had finished speaking, Jesus left and hid himself from them.
Jesus Christ is the light of the World. He also called us Christians to be light. We can only be light as we reflect the light from Jesus Christ. Let us keep close to Christ so that we can shine brightly for Him in the world.

35 Basi Yesu akawaambia, Nuru ingaliko pamoja nanyi muda kidogo. Enendeni maadamu mnayo nuru hiyo, giza lisije likawaweza; maana aendaye gizani hajui aendako.
36 Maadamu mnayo nuru, iaminini nuru hiyo, ili mpate kuwa wana wa nuru. Hayo aliyasema Yesu, akaenda zake, akajificha wasimwone.
Yesu Kristo ni Nuru ya Ulimwengu. Yesu alisema pia kwamba sisi ni Nuru. Tutakuwa Nuru tu wakati tunayo Nuru ya Kristo ndani yetu ili tumulike Nuru ya Yesu kwa watu. Tuwe karibu na Yesu ili tuonyesha Nuru yake duniani.
