Genesis 2:7-10 (Mwanzo 2:7-10)

MONDAY 25TH MARCH 2019  MORNING

Genesis 2:7-10 New International Version (NIV)

Then the Lord God formed a man[a] from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

10 A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters.

Footnotes:

  1. Genesis 2:7 The Hebrew for man (adam) sounds like and may be related to the Hebrew for ground (adamah); it is also the name Adam (see verse 20).

God made a beautiful world. He planted the Garden of Eden. It was a lovely place for Adam and Eve to live. Think about the World which God has created.  Thank God for all His blessings to you and His provision for your daily needs. Think about how you can care for the environment where you live.

JUMATATU TAREHE 25 MACHI 2019 ASUBUHI

MWANZO 2:7-10

Timiza wajibuwako.
