Mika 6:1-5

3 Enyi watu wangu, nimewatenda nini? Nami nimewachosha kwa habari gani? Shuhudieni juu yangu.

Njia ya ufalme wa Mungu;

Micah 6:1-5 (NIV)

The Lord’s Case Against Israel

1 Listen to what the Lord says:

“Stand up, plead my case before the mountains;
    let the hills hear what you have to say.

“Hear, you mountains, the Lord’s accusation;
    listen, you everlasting foundations of the earth.
For the Lord has a case against his people;
    he is lodging a charge against Israel.

“My people, what have I done to you?
    How have I burdened you? Answer me.
I brought you up out of Egypt
    and redeemed you from the land of slavery.
I sent Moses to lead you,
    also Aaron and Miriam.
My people, remember
    what Balak king of Moab plotted
    and what Balaam son of Beor answered.
Remember your journey from Shittim to Gilgal,
    that you may know the righteous acts of the Lord.”

The way to the kingdom of God;

God accuses Israel of not following Him fully. He calls them to turn to Him, for He was the One who had the plan of salvation, from the time He redeemed them from bondage.

It is true that we cannot bear witness to the evil of the LORD, but only to the good. Salvation is not a temporary thing, it is permanent. So let us return to the Lord, if we persevere in good deeds, then we will remain in the way of the kingdom of God.

Have a wonderful, blessed week.
