Mathayo 5:1-3

1 Naye alipowaona makutano, alipanda mlimani; na alipokwisha kuketi, wanafunzi wake walimjia;
2 akafumbua kinywa chake, akawafundisha, akisema,
3 Heri walio maskini wa roho; Maana ufalme wa mbinguni ni wao.
4 Heri wenye huzuni; Maana hao watafarijika.
5 Heri wenye upole; Maana hao watairithi nchi.

Mungu au Ulimwengu;

Kwa maneno mengine, tunapokuja kwa Bwana tutambue dhambi zetu, unyenyekevu ukiwa upande wetu kiroho. Tusiridhike na kujivuna mioyoni, labda tukidhani kuna wakati hatumhitaji Yesu. Tukiridhika na hali yetu, Mungu hawezi kutubariki. Tutabaki wa Ulimwengu, na siyo Mungu. Yakobo aliandika;

Yakobo 4:6

Tusijikweze.

Siku njema

Mathew 5:1-3

1 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, and he began to teach them.

The Beatitudes

He said:

“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
    for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

God or the Universe;

When Jesus said, "Blessed are the poor in spirit ..." He did not mean to be poor, and not to seek spiritual riches, but to be humble spiritually. Where in the "poor" put the word "humble", it can be more understandable.

In other words, when we come to the Lord we realize our sins, humility being on our side spiritually. Let us not be proud and arrogant in our hearts, perhaps thinking that there are times when we do not need Jesus. If we are content with our lot in life, God will not bless us. We will remain of the World, and not God. James wrote;

James 4: 6

6 But he giveth more grace. Therefore it says, "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."

Our souls should see the need to call on Jesus at all times. Let us see ourselves as poor in the sense that we need Jesus Christ all the time. Let's not be arrogant.
