WEDNESDAY 14TH APRIL 2021, MORNING
John 20:19-21 New International Version (NIV)
19 On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” 20 After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord.
21 Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
The disciples are in the house behind the locked doors, and Jesus appears to them. He stands in the midst of them. The walls and the locked doors of their house could not keep Jesus out. Jesus steps also into the midst of our houses, through the locked doors, and breathes peace and life into us. What are the doors that are locked in your life? What are the things that have kept you stuck in the same place? Don’t judge it as good or bad, right or wrong. It is just where you are and it is the place Christ shows appears and give you peace.
JUMATANO TAREHE 14 APRILI 2021 ASUBUHI
