Job 37:21-24 - 23-11-2019

SATURDAY 23RD NOVEMBER 2019 MORNING                                       
Job 37:21-24 New International Version (NIV)

21 Now no one can look at the sun,
    bright as it is in the skies
    after the wind has swept them clean.
22 Out of the north he comes in golden splendor;
    God comes in awesome majesty.
23 The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power;
    in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress.
24 Therefore, people revere him,
    for does he not have regard for all the wise in heart?[b]”

If in all the changes of weather; we submit to the will of God; why should we not do so in other changes of our condition? Faith in God is far more important than the desire for explanation for our sufferings. God is in control; He directs, preserves and maintains His created order.

21 Na sasa watu hawawezi kuutazama mwanga ung'aao mbinguni; Lakini upepo ukipita huzitakasa.
22 Kaskazini hutokea umemetufu wa dhahabu; Mungu huvikwa ukuu utishao.
23 yeye Mwenyezi hamwezi kumwona; Yeye ni mkuu mwenye uweza; Tena mwenye hukumu, na mwingi wa haki, hataonea.
24 Kwa hiyo watu humwogopa; Yeye hawaangalii walio na hekima mioyoni.

Ikiwa katika mabadililiko yote ya hali ya hewa; tunayatii mapenzi ya Mungu; Ni kwa nini tusifanye hivyo yanapotokea mabadiliko katika hali zetu? Kumwamini Mungu ni muhimu zaidi kuliko shauku ya kupata maelezo juu ya mateso tunayopitia. Mungu ni mkuu; anaongoza, anatunza na kusimamia utaratibu wa uumbaji wake.
