Romans 8:1-4 New International Version (NIV)
1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you[a] free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh,[b] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering.[c] And so he condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
No one can live the Christian life in their own strength. The only way that you and I can live the Christian life is by the power of God’s Spirit, which He has put within us in order to reproduce the life of Christ.

WARUMI 8:1-4
1 Sasa, basi, hakuna hukumu ya adhabu juu yao walio katika Kristo Yesu.
2 Kwa sababu sheria ya Roho wa uzima ule ulio katika Kristo Yesu imeniacha huru, mbali na sheria ya dhambi na mauti.
3 Maana yale yasiyowezekana kwa sheria, kwa vile ilivyokuwa dhaifu kwa sababu ya mwili, Mungu, kwa kumtuma Mwanawe mwenyewe katika mfano wa mwili ulio wa dhambi, na kwa sababu ya dhambi, aliihukumu dhambi katika mwili;
4 ili maagizo ya torati yatimizwe ndani yetu sisi, tusioenenda kwa kufuata mambo ya mwili, bali mambo ya roho.
Hakuna mtu awezaye kuishi maisha ya Kikristo kwa kutegemea nguvu zake mwenyewe. Njia pekee ambayo mimi na wewe tunaweza kuishi maisha ya Kikristo ni kwa nguvu ya Roho wa Mungu, ambayo ameiweka ndani mwetu ili Kristo aonekane katika maisha yetu.
