FRIDAY 9TH APRIL 2021, MORNING
Isaiah 25:9-12 New International Version (NIV)
9 In that day they will say,
“Surely this is our God;
we trusted in him, and he saved us.
This is the Lord, we trusted in him;
let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation.”
10 The hand of the Lord will rest on this mountain;
but Moab will be trampled in their land
as straw is trampled down in the manure.
11 They will stretch out their hands in it,
as swimmers stretch out their hands to swim.
God will bring down their pride
despite the cleverness[a] of their hands.
12 He will bring down your high fortified walls
and lay them low;
he will bring them down to the ground,
to the very dust.
It is a wonderful thing to wait on the Lord, and to see Him bring His salvation. God sometimes seems distant when we must wait on Him, but God’s ways really are best, and will be shown to be the best.
In that day, Jesus will rule the nations with all authority and righteousness (Psalm 2:8-12)
God will reach out and lower every proud, rebelling heart. Those who oppose His rule He will bring to the ground, down to the dust.

ISAYA 25:9-12
9 Katika siku hiyo watasema, Tazama, huyu ndiye Mungu wetu, Ndiye tuliyemngoja atusaidie; Huyu ndiye Bwana tuliyemngoja, Na tushangilie na kuufurahia wokovu wake.
10 Kwa maana mkono wa Bwana utatulia katika mlima huu, na Moabu atakanyagwa chini huko aliko, kama vile majani makavu yakanyagwavyo katika maji ya jaa.
11 Naye atanyosha mikono yake katikati yake, kama vile aogeleaye anyoshavyo mikono yake ili aogelee, naye atashusha kiburi chake, pamoja na hila za mikono yake.
12 Na boma la ngome ya kuta zako ameliinamisha, na kulilaza chini, na kulitupa chini hata mavumbini.
Ni jambo jema kumngoja Bwana, na kuona akileta wokovu wake. Wakati mwingine Mungu huonekana kuwa mbali nasi hasa pale tunapomngoja ili atimize ahadi zake, lakini njia zake ni hakika, na zitadhihirika kuwa bora zaidi. Katika siku hiyo, Yesu atawatawala mataifa kwa mamlaka yote na kwa haki (Zaburi 2:8-12).
Mungu atakuja na kuwashusha wenye kiburi na mioyo ya kuasi. Wale wanaopinga utawala wake atawashusha chini, hadi mavumbi.
