Proverbs 12:10-11 New International Version (NIV)
10 The righteous care for the needs of their animals,
but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.
11 Those who work their land will have abundant food,
but those who chase fantasies have no sense.
Kindness is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5:22) We are to be kind not only to Humans, but to animals as well. We must treat all God's creation with kindness. We are also cautioned against laziness (Verse 11), after falling into sin (Genesis 3:11), Adam was condemned to toil and sweat for his food. Pray that God helps you understand this and put it to practice.

10 Mwenye haki huufikiri uhai wa mnyama wake; Bali huruma za mtu mwovu ni ukatili.
11 Alimaye shamba lake atakuwa na chakula tele; Bali afuataye mambo ya upuzi hana ufahamu.
Upole ni moja ya matunda ya Roho Mtakatifu (Gal 5:22) Tunapaswa kuwa wema kwa sio kwa binadamu tu, bali kwa wanyama pia. Tunapaswa kutenda wema kwa uumbaji wote wa Mungu. Pia tunaonywa juu ya uvivu (Mstari wa 11), baada ya kuanguka katika dhambi (Mwanzo 3:11), Adamu alihukumiwa kufanya kazi kwa jasho ili kutupa chakula chake. Omba kwamba Mungu atakusaidie kuyaelewa haya na kuyatenda.
