THURSDAY 14TH NOVEMBER 2019 MORNING
2 Thessalonians 1:11-12 New International Version (NIV)
11 With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith. 12 We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.[c]
We don’t need to be perfect to serve the Lord. Prayer must permeate all service for the Lord. We need to be living in obedience to Him, seeking to glorify Him. Our daily prayer to God should be; “I am your obedient slave Lord, how can I serve You today?”

2 WATHESALONIKE 1:11-12
11 Kwa hiyo twawaombea ninyi sikuzote, ili Mungu wetu awahesabu kuwa mmekustahili kuitwa kwenu, akatimiza kila haja ya wema na kila kazi ya imani kwa nguvu;
12 jina la Bwana wetu Yesu litukuzwe ndani yenu, nanyi ndani yake, kwa neema ya Mungu wetu na ya Bwana Yesu Kristo.
Hatuhitaji kuwa wakamilifu ili kumtumikia Mungu. Ni muhimu maombi yawe chachu ya huduma yetu mbele za Mungu. Tunahitaji kuishi katika kumtii na kumtukuza yeye. Kila siku tunapaswa kumwomba hivi; “Bwana, mimi ni mtumwa wako mtiifu, nikutumikie kwa namna gani leo?”
