Galatians 6:8-10 New International Version (NIV)
8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
Living in a selfish and self-indulgent way will not bring blessings. When we do our best to live according to God’s laws and to kind to other people this will bring joy in our lives and will be pleasing to God.

GALTIA 6:8-10
8 Maana yeye apandaye kwa mwili wake, katika mwili wake atavuna uharibifu; bali yeye apandaye kwa Roho, katika Roho atavuna uzima wa milele.
9 Tena tusichoke katika kutenda mema; maana tutavuna kwa wakati wake, tusipozimia roho.
10 Kwa hiyo kadiri tupatavyo nafasi na tuwatendee watu wote mema; na hasa jamaa ya waaminio.
Tusiwe wachoyo bali tujali na tusaidie watu wengine. Kufanya hivi na kutii amri za Mungu italeta baraka katika maisha yetu na kwa watu wengine.
