Psalm 32:8-11, Luke 7:40-50, Hebrews 2:17-18
Psalm 32:8-11 New International Version (NIV)
8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
9 Do not be like the horse or the mule,
which have no understanding
but must be controlled by bit and bridle
or they will not come to you.
10 Many are the woes of the wicked,
but the Lord’s unfailing love
surrounds the one who trusts in him.
11 Rejoice in the Lord and be glad, you righteous;
sing, all you who are upright in heart!
Luke 7:40-50 New International Version (NIV)
40 Jesus answered him, “Simon, I have something to tell you.”
“Tell me, teacher,” he said.
41 “Two people owed money to a certain moneylender. One owed him five hundred denarii,[a] and the other fifty. 42 Neither of them had the money to pay him back, so he forgave the debts of both. Now which of them will love him more?”
43 Simon replied, “I suppose the one who had the bigger debt forgiven.”
“You have judged correctly,” Jesus said.
44 Then he turned toward the woman and said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I came into your house. You did not give me any water for my feet, but she wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. 45 You did not give me a kiss, but this woman, from the time I entered, has not stopped kissing my feet. 46 You did not put oil on my head, but she has poured perfume on my feet. 47 Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little.”
48 Then Jesus said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.”
49 The other guests began to say among themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?”
50 Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

Hebrews 2:17-18 New International Version (NIV)
17 For this reason he had to be made like them,[a] fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. 18 Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

Jesus is the peacemaker who reconciles man to God. Jesus died on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven.
Jesus is God’s Son and He is sinless yet He became a man and bore the sins of all mankind so that we can be reconciled to God. Trust in Jesus as your Lord and Saviour . He is the only way to God.

Zaburi 32:8-11
8 Nitakufundisha na kukuonyesha njia utakayoiendea; Nitakushauri, jicho langu likikutazama.
9 Msiwe kama farasi wala nyumbu, Walio hawana akili. Kwa matandiko ya lijamu na hatamu Sharti kuwazuia hao, au hawatakukaribia.
10 Naye mtu mwovu ana mapigo mengi, Bali amtumainiye Bwana fadhili zitamzunguka.
11 Mfurahieni Bwana; Shangilieni, enyi wenye haki Pigeni vigelegele vya furaha; Ninyi nyote mlio wanyofu wa moyo.
Luka 7:40-50
40 Yesu akajibu akamwambia, Simoni, nina neno nitakalo kukuambia. Akasema, Mwalimu, nena.
41 Akasema, Mtu mmoja mkopeshaji alikuwa na wadeni wawili; mmoja amwia dinari mia tano, na wa pili hamsini.
42 Nao walipokuwa hawana cha kumlipa, aliwasamehe wote wawili. Katika hao wawili ni yupi atakayempenda zaidi?
43 Simoni akajibu akasema, Nadhani ni yule ambaye alimsamehe nyingi. Akamwambia, Umeamua haki.
44 Akamgeukia yule mwanamke, akamwambia Simoni, Wamwona mwanamke huyu? Niliingia nyumbani kwako, hukunipa maji kwa miguu yangu; bali huyu amenidondoshea machozi miguu yangu, na kuipangusa kwa nywele za kichwa chake.
45 Wewe hukunibusu; lakini huyu tangu nilipoingia hakuacha kunibusu sana miguu yangu.
46 Hukunipaka kichwa changu mafuta; bali huyu amenipaka miguu yangu marhamu.
47 Kwa ajili ya hayo nakuambia, Amesamehewa dhambi zake ambazo ni nyingi, kwa kuwa amependa sana; lakini asamehewaye kidogo, huyo hupenda kidogo.
48 Kisha alimwambia mwanamke, Umesamehewa dhambi zako.
49 Ndipo wale walioketi chakulani pamoja naye walianza kusema mioyoni mwao, Ni nani huyu hata asamehe dhambi?
50 Akamwambia yule mwanamke, Imani yako imekuokoa, enenda zako kwa amani.
Waebrania 2:17-18
17 Hivyo ilimpasa kufananishwa na ndugu zake katika mambo yote, apate kuwa kuhani mkuu mwenye rehema, mwaminifu katika mambo ya Mungu, ili afanye suluhu kwa dhambi za watu wake.
18 Na kwa kuwa mwenyewe aliteswa alipojaribiwa, aweza kuwasaidia wao wanaojaribiwa.
Yesu ni mpatanishi. Yeye anapatanisha binadamu wenye dhambi na Mungu Mtakatifu. Yesu ni Mungu na hana dhambi lakini alivaa ubinadamu ili aweze kuwa sadaka kwa ajili ya dhambi za watu wote. Tumwamini Yesu Kristo kama Bwana na Mwokozi wetu. Hatuwezi kufika kwa Mungu kwa njia nyingine yeyote.
