Isaiah 45:18 New International Version (NIV)
For this is what the Lord says—
he who created the heavens,
he is God;
he who fashioned and made the earth,
he founded it;
he did not create it to be empty,
but formed it to be inhabited—
he says:
“I am the Lord,
and there is no other.
God did not create the world in vain. Therefore never think that he will forsake it, or not take care of his Church therein; including you and me.

18 Maana Bwana, aliyeziumba mbingu, asema hivi; Yeye ni Mungu; ndiye aliyeiumba dunia na kuifanya; ndiye aliyeifanya imara; hakuiumba ukiwa, aliiumba ili ikaliwe na watu; Mimi ni Bwana, wala hapana mwingine.
Mungu hakuiumba dunia pasipo na kusudi. Hivyo usidhani kuwa ataisahau, au kuacha kulitunza kanisa lake lililo ndani yake; ikiwa ni pamoja na wewe na mini.
