Proverbs 12:5-9 NIV (Mithali 12:5-9)

MONDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER 2017 MORNING

Proverbs 12:5-9 New International Version (NIV)

The plans of the righteous are just,
but the advice of the wicked is deceitful.

The words of the wicked lie in wait for blood,
but the speech of the upright rescues them.

The wicked are overthrown and are no more,
but the house of the righteous stands firm.

A person is praised according to their prudence,
and one with a warped mind is despised.

Better to be a nobody and yet have a servant
than pretend to be somebody and have no food.

As is usually the case in the book of Proverbs  the verses above each have two parts which contrast two ways behaving. The  verses show the contrast between the person who makes wise decisions in life and the one who makes foolish decisions or has wicked actions.

Think about the advice given in these verses.  This is good advice which will help you live in a way which pleases God and gives you success.

JUMATATU TAREHE 25 SEPTEMBA 2017 ASUBUHI

MITHALI 12:5-9

Afadhali mtu anayedharauliwa, ikiwa ana mtumwa, Kuliko ajisifuye, ikiwa anahitaji chakula.
